Introducing French crêpe to the children.
Thank you Manon for the wonderful idea to introduce French crêpes to the children. Thank you Josef Larcher for your support and hard work in baking 101 crêpes for all to enjoy. Yesterday the kids got crêpes, thanks to Josef Larcher from Tyrol Austria. Josef is a retired chef and worked 45 years in a 5 star hotel. He came to support Manon from France to make pancakes for the children. Manon is a trained English teacher, she had this spontaneous idea which was then finally implemented quite spontaneously by both of them. The children had their joy, the pictures show it!
